Wellness is all things with your physical being: fitness, nutrition, hydration, sleep. I don’t think a person needs to work out for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week or never have a double fudge brownie again to be healthy, but I will tell you to drink enough water so you stay hydrated and to get enough sleep on a regular basis. I am very much a realist when it comes to wellness. I can help you put together actionable steps to help you reach your goals while still living your life.
